Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days. 

Sales and delivery are available exclusively within Germany and all EU countries.

Shipping costs Germany incl. 19% VAT: 6,90 €

Shipping costs other EU countries incl. 19% VAT: 12,- €

Delivery time

• The delivery time is, unless otherwise stated for the item, between 4–6 working days, calculated from the day the payment is received.
  
• If your order has not arrived after this period, please send us an email at info@nano-shop.eu.

Returns

• Returns must always be sent with postage paid by the sender.
• In the case of a justified complaint, we will refund the postage costs upon presentation of the shipping receipt.
• Shipments sent freight collect will automatically be returned to the sender and will therefore not reach us.
